Lead our technology vision and build the core infrastructure that powers Livollo's Trust Score methodology. You'll architect and scale our web/mobile platform, develop our proprietary builder verification engine, and establish engineering best practices for a growing team.

Core Outcome: 50 Verified Builders + Compliance Framework

Own the builder verification process end-to-end. You'll establish our compliance framework, verify the first 50 builders on our platform, and create repeatable processes for legal checks, RERA validation, and financial due diligence.

Core Outcome: Builder Acquisition (100 in 6 Months)

Drive rapid builder onboarding and partnership growth. You'll be responsible for acquiring 100 verified builders within 6 months, negotiating partnerships, and establishing Livollo as the go-to platform for premium builders in Bangalore.

Core Outcome: First Premium Revenue Engine

Launch and scale our NRI Assist service as Livollo's first premium revenue stream. You'll manage end-to-end property purchase assistance for NRIs, coordinate legal/financial services, and build processes to deliver white-glove service remotely.

Core Outcome: Speed + Execution Velocity

Ship features fast and iterate rapidly. You'll work alongside the Head of Engineering to build core features, implement the Trust Score UI, develop builder/project pages, and maintain high code quality while moving quickly.

Core Outcome: CAC Control + Demand Generation

Drive user acquisition while maintaining efficient Customer Acquisition Costs. You'll own our demand generation strategy, run performance marketing campaigns, optimize conversion funnels, and build scalable growth channels.

Core Outcome: Trust Score Defensibility

Make our Trust Score methodology bulletproof. You'll analyze builder data, validate scoring algorithms, create data pipelines, and ensure our verification process stands up to scrutiny from customers, builders, and regulators.
